A very positive few days!

9 Mar

My focus for the week has been showing students their strengths and the opportunities which are out there waiting for them. It’s so sad how little many of the young people think they have to give! in discussion with a 16 year old boy I said, have you never read a book and felt like you were there in the story? He replied no, but I have felt like that on a computer game. It’s an escape. My thoughts were why would you want to ‘escape’ at such a young age, the sky’s the limit!

I hope to get them there, the world is full of wonderful opportunities waiting for us to take them  up.
