Talking to the students

19 Mar

Isn’t it funny how we are taught during Initial Teacher Training to always maintain high expectations and do you know what, that is the easy part for me. Even the most challenging child has a gift in them. The irony is, how many of us as a habit talks to students and learns about their world, their expectations and how they see their journey. I’m grateful that life has provided me with the appreciation that everyone has a story which is often not told. What weneed is the opportunity to bring this to the fore
